Option: 1 SlicedProp Access
Option 1: Become a SlicedProp LLC Member - Gain access to premier SlicedProp investments, skillfully overseen by Rob Luecke. As a member, you'll have an account with Wells Fargo for easy access. Choose between two investment approaches:
- Passive Investor: Submit a passive order via our platform to secure your position in the next properties acquired by SlicedProp, allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Self-Directed Investor: Indicate your preferred property or properties for investment, with shares assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. By joining the LLC, you'll have the opportunity to partner with SlicedProp in foreclosure auctions. Properties purchased at foreclosure don't undergo escrow and require 100% cash payment at the auction.
Option 2: Collaborative Investing
Option 2: Collaborative Investing - Become a SlicedProp Credited Member and access premier SlicedProp Investments. You can partner with SlicedProp and other investors on select investment opportunities, but foreclosure auction properties will not be available for participation.
